Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, smooth experiences with braces and retainers

My kids have had great experiences here - kind and patient staff with good outcomes. Dr. Franklin is the best! The office staff were good at explaining payment options and plans. I never have to worry about anything.

Myself, and three of my children are or have been patients here, and we are very pleased with our experiences.

I like the place; they attend to you very quickly, and they don't make you wait for your appointments, which is great.

Dr.Franklin and staff are awesome. They actually care, I have 3 kids that go here and they all need something different. Dr.Franklin takes the time and answers all your questions with patience, she doesn't rush through her appointments and takes the time to reassure her clients and parents. Definitely would recommend her and her whole team 😊

So thankful to have found Franklin Orthodontics, they have done great work with my 12 year old son so far!

We did have another consultation with another local orthodontist, their plan was to remove teeth, have braces for two years, and it was far higher in pricing; not to mention we would have to go to a surgeon to remove his teeth, an added expense we didn’t know how much it would be. I honestly thought we didn’t have a choice but to follow this plan. I had decided at the time to work with a Tristate Myofunctional Therapy too, so my son could learn how to correctly position his tongue in his mouth because of the dramatic movement that will take place with his braces, as well his personal future health needs would be addressed at a deeper level. Going into my consult with Franklin I was more concerned about pricing. However I was excited when they gave me a plan of having braces on for longer, the possibility of not pulling teeth, and was within our budget. The ladies have been calm, and clear with instructions as they placed the braces, and even reached out after the placement of everything to make sure we were all doing okay. I feel confident we made the right choice!!

Dr. Franklin and the team at Franklin Orthodontics have been wonderful to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and so kind. It has truly been a great experience. Both of my children have had braces and we've been so pleased with their beautiful smiles!

I absolutely love this orthodontist office! The all-women staff is incredible—caring, compassionate, and always willing to listen and validate any concerns. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive every time I walk in. They also offer affordable pricing plans, which has made treatment so much less stressful. Truly an amazing team and experience!
