Treatment for Children

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children be evaluated for orthodontic problems as early as age 7, when baby teeth are still present. Dr. Franklin can determine whether early treatment is needed. Some typical early treatments may involve expanders, space maintainers or even early braces/clear aligners.

Treatment for Teens

The teen years are a great time to start orthodontic treatment! Typically the permanent teeth are erupted at this time. And teens are still growing, which can be very helpful when correcting the bite and jaw alignment.
